The Cadac Safari Chef 30 LP (low pressure) operates off refillable gas cylinders, butane regulated to 28-30 mBar, or propane cylinder regulated to 37mBar, using the appropriate regulator (gas and regulator not supplied). 

This portable and versatile gas BBQ, weighing just over 4kg, offers different cooking options with the interchangeable cooking surfaces. These are the enamelled cooking pot/lid, the ceramic flat plate and the ceramic griddle. These all pack away into a convenient and durable carry bag.
