Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to get your outdoor gear to you:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Air Beds and Pumps (unless defective)
- Appliances (unless defective)
- Care and Maintenance products (if opened)
Note regarding tents: Tents can only be returned if they are unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on tents that have been pitched or used in any way.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the Returns Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is faulty)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
