Order Process

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Responsibility

Once we dispatch your order, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping should be reported to the carrier and to us immediately.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Air Beds and Pumps (unless defective)
• Appliances (unless defective)
• Care and Maintenance products (if opened)

Note regarding tents: Tents can only be returned if they are unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on tents that have been pitched or used in any way.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
• We’ll email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Include the Returns Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
• Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is faulty)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
